Floor Plan

Conference Center rooms lie within easy walking distance of all airline gates. A full range of audio/visual equipment and food services are available.

Location

Located on the main terminal's mezzanine level above the Oregon Market, the Conference Center is easily accessible from all gates. On-site staff are available to assist during weekday business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Conference Center offers a variety of business services to business travelers and to our customers.

At the PDX Conference Center, we want to help make your meeting delightful in every way. To order, please contact the PDX Conference Center at least two business days before your event, either by e-mailing the Conference Center or by calling us directly.

Policies

Cancellations
The day rate will be charged for room reservations cancelled with less than two business days (minimum 48 hours) notice. 100% of the cost of all food catering orders will be charged for cancellations with less than two business days (minimum 48 hours) notice.

Daily Room Rates
Daily room rates cover nine hours of use. Following nine hours usage, the hourly rate will apply.

Minimum Charge
A minimum charge of one hour will apply to all room rentals.

No Shows
The day rate will be charged for all no shows.

Room Reconfiguration Fee
A charge of $75 will apply for specially requested room setups.

Service Fee
A fee equal to 18% of the food and beverage charge will be assessed to cover its costs to assist in setup and breakdown of facilities for the catering service.

Use of the Lounge Area
The Lounge and Lobby areas may not be used for meeting break-out space. If additional space is needed for break-out sessions or meals, please reserve space well in advance of your meeting.
