Cancellations
The hourly room rate will be charged for room reservations cancelled with less than one full business day notice. The full cost of all food and beverage orders will also be charged for cancellations with less than one full business day notice.

Daily Room Rates
Daily room rates cover eight hours of use. Following eight hours usage, the hourly rate will apply.

Minimum Charge
A minimum charge of one hour will apply to all room rentals.

No Shows
100% of the room rate will be assessed for all no shows.

Service Fee
A fee equal to 18% of the food and beverage charge will be assessed to cover its costs to assist in setup and breakdown of facilities for the catering service.
