According to the Portland Bureau of Transportation, the North Lombard Street Bridge over the Columbia Slough in Rivergate Industrial District has reopened to traffic, as of the afternoon of Monday, November 28.

This is a prime connection for truck traffic within Rivergate, and completion of the rehabilitation project will end lengthy detour routes in the area.

City officials noted that the contractor will continue working for the next several weeks under intermittent single lane closures during daytime hours to complete cantilevered steel sidewalk work. However, the road will be open to traffic during this time under flagging by the contractor.
