GENERAL RULES:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- One entry per person.
- Two round-trip tickets awarded to one winner; winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same dates/flights.
- All travel must be booked and completed between June 15 and Oct. 24, 2009.
- No purchase necessary.
- Winner will be notified by telephone or mail within two weeks of the event.
- Multi-city bookings are not permitted.
- Tickets for the winner and their traveling companion do not include transportation to and from the airport or between cities, meals, gratuities, room service, telephone charges, alcoholic beverages, insurance, or any other expense not specifically mentioned herein. Winner and traveling companion are responsible for payment of airport taxes and for fees, charges, or surcharges, including but not limited to security surcharges, airport fees, immigration fees and fuel surcharges, and for obtaining at their own cost and carrying proper travel documentation such as passports and visas where necessary.
- Travel by winner and their traveling companion do not quality for AEROPLAN® mileage accumulation, nor that of any Star Alliance® members or other affiliated frequent flyer program.
- Transportation is subject to availability and blackouts at time of reservation.
- Upgrade certificates may not be used with the tickets.
- Tickets must be accepted as awarded without substitution. Tickets are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be sold, exchanged or bartered.
- Winner may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
- Employee of Air Canada and the Port of Portland are not eligible to enter or win.
