Download and print the application following the instructions on the first page.

Give your application to your company’s approved signer for them to complete.

Safeguard your application. Please bring the application with you to your fingerprinting appointment.

 Fingerprinting |
| 2.1 |
Call 503.460.4500 to schedule a fingerprinting appointment.

Make sure you bring your signed application and the same identification used on your application with you to your fingerprinting appointment.

Please don’t be late for your appointment or you may have to reschedule. Allow 15 to 30 minutes for fingerprinting.

 Background Check |
| 3.1 |
Call 1.877.739.4636; press #7; enter your social security number.

Continue calling until you are approved. If you are not approved after three weeks, call the badging office at 503.460.4500 for assistance.

 Training |
| 4.1 |
After receiving approval on your background check, you are ready to schedule your training. Please call 503.460.4537 to schedule your appointment. Your training will take from one to three hours depending on the type of badge you are receiving.

On the day of training, please be on time and report to room 3006 on the mezzanine level of the airport. A map is included below for your reference.

Please bring a government-issued photo ID with you to your appointment, and bring a driver's license if you are getting a driver's icon on your badge. |
| Note: Training must be completed within 30 days of your background check approval. |

 Badging |
| 5.1 |
After completion of your training class, return to the badging office to have your photo taken and your badge printed. Allow 15 minutes.

| 5.2 |
Activation of your badge throughout the airport will take between one and 24 hours.
|
| 5.3 |
Your badge will give you immediate access to the employee parking lot.
