Portland International Airport General Aviation Minimum Standards The General Aviation Minimum Standards encourage, promote, and ensure the consistent delivery to Airport Customers General Aviation products, services, and facilities at the Portland International Airport.
Portland International Airport Rules The Portland International Airport Rules govern and regulate the activities and conduct of persons and entities using Portland International Airport. They are effective as of September 30, 2008.
Ordinances
Airport Operations An ordinance regulating use and operation of airports and their facilities and repealing Ordinance No. 317 and Ordinance No. 327. 423
Civil Service Ordinance No. 425, the amendment and restatement of Ordinance No. 275, as amended by Ordinance 300, which pertains to the Civil Service System for the Port of Portland (Port) Fire Department. The Port maintains a Civil Service System for the Port Fire Department in accordance with the requirements of Oregon law, which is administered by a three-member board of Civil Service Commissioners.

Commercial Roadway An emergency ordinance to regulate usage of the commercial roadway in a manner that best serves the needs of the traveling public at Portland International Airport, and amending and restating Ordinance No. 397-R (as amended by Ordinance No. 351 and Ordinance No. 386-R). 418
Delegated Authority An ordinance amending ordinance no. 353, as amended by ordinance no. 376-R, to increase the maximum size of contracts that may be signed by the Executive Director without reporting to the Commission. 413
Landing and Fuel Fees An ordinance regarding landing and fuel flowage fees and regulating operation of fuel transportation vehicles on airport. 389
Marine Terminal Operations An ordinance regulating activities at and use of the Port of Portland marine terminals; repealing portions of Ordinance No. 229. 426
Passenger Facility Charge An ordinance amending Ordinance 359 and Ordinance 383 establishing a passenger facility charge at Portland International Airport. 402
Privilege Fees - PDX Ordinance No. 412-R will amend and restate Ordinance No. 349. This Ordinance modifies the definition of Gross Revenues applicable to the privilege fee payable by off-airport rental car and parking lot businesses utilizing Portland International Airport and updates additional provisions of the ordinance. 412
Storm Water An ordinance regulating storm water. 361
Towing An ordinance to allow for towing and storage of motor vehicles illegally parked, stored or abandoned on Port property. 360
