2010-0027 Terminal 4 Berths 410, 410 & 411 Fender Pile Replacement

Description:
Removal of existing damaged and intact timber fender piles at Berth 401 (25 piles) and Berths 410 and 411 (22 piles), and replacement with new Port-furnished 14-inch-diameter by 1/2-inch-wall by 90-foot-long steel pipe piles. The new steel pipe piles shall be modified and attached to the existing upper steel wales at the berths in accordance with the drawings. The work also includes removal of damaged or broken timber fender piles and replacement with new or recycled Port-furnished 90-foot-long timber piles, as well as replacement of damaged upper and lower timber chocks and lower timber wale sections at Berths 410 and 411.
