2008-0008 Terminal 6 Concessionaire Request for Qualifications

Description:
Terminal 6 is an established containerized cargo gateway on the West Coast of the United States. Located at the nexus of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, T-6 totals 428 total acres. 183-acres are dedicated for container operations, 17 for Oregon Steel Mills’ breakbulk steel import operation, and 228 for two auto import/export facilities for the Auto Warehousing Corporation (“AWC”) and American Honda Motors (“Honda”). The Port of Portland, Oregon (the “Port”) has engaged Morgan Stanley to evaluate the potential for a long-term concession of up to approximately 215 acres of its Terminal 6 container facility (“T-6”).

2008-0012 Event Services On An As Needed Basis

Description:
Firms will have experience in providing a broad range of events services to support: business networking receptions, large scale business forums, inaugural flight activities post security at Portland International Airport (PDX), corporate client events, community outreach events and Port employee events. Event budget and size may range from $5,000 to $75,000 and from 100 people to 1,000. Additionally, Firms will be required to utilize their experience, market knowledge and contacts to develop project plans for Port required events. Such events often have short lead times and will require Firms to develop, schedule, obtain Port approval and successfully execute plans under very tight timelines and budget constraints.

2008-0020 PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS PROCUREMENT

2008-0021 Hillsboro Airport Runway 12/30 High Speed Exits

Description:
The work includes but is not limited to: 1. Construction of a new High Speed Exit Taxiway for Runway 12/30. The new taxiway will be located between Taxiway A3 and A4. The new taxiway will be constructed with paved shoulders and will have medium intensity elevated edge lights placed on base cans and connected by a cable in a conduit system. 2. Reconstruction and re-configuration of existing runway 12/30 exit Taxiway A5. The reconstructed taxiway will have paved shoulders and will have medium intensity lights placed on base cans and connected by a cable in a conduit system. 3. Rehabilitation of the existing central apron taxiway. This consists of milling existing surface and replacing the milled pavement with new asphalt pavement. The new asphalt pavement will be re-striped with the same markings that were found on the taxiway prior to the milling of the existing surface. 4. Other work includes grading; seeding; removal of and/or modifications to existing drainage structures including manholes, catch basins, inlets, and piping; construction of new storm sewer lines; modifications to taxiway edge lighting system including handholes, conduits, wiring, transformers, base cans, and lights; modifications to signs and construction of new signs including foundations; and provision of a temporary lighting system to keep runways and taxiway operational during construction; milling of existing pavement, stripping, excavation, filing, balancing of cuts and fills, reuse of top soil, and treatment of soil with cement for paved shoulders.

Proposals for two distinct scopes of services are sought: Scope A (Section 1.3.1): Executive Development and Executive Coaching Scope B (Section 1.3.2): Organization Assessment and Intervention Services Interested parties may submit proposals for one or both of the scopes; however, a separate proposal must be submitted for each scope. The Port reserves the right to issue multiple contracts for these services. The selected firms will work in combination with the Port of Portland internal organization development department.

There are no guarantees of the amount of work that will actually be performed. This contract is expected not to exceed $500,000 per year.
