The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a contractor to provide support for operation of the deicing storm water collection system and to operate and maintain the STIP BIOX meters (BOD meters) at Portland International Airport (PDX). The Port of Portland (Port) is soliciting proposals from experienced marine planning consultants to provide on-call Terminal marine facility planning services. The Port owns four marine terminals (T-2, T-4, T-5, T-6) handling a variety of cargo types including containers, dry and liquid bulks, autos and breakbulk. Examples of consultant services include preparation of terminal facility plans and feasibility studies; terminal operation plans and efficiency assessments; terminal equipment utilization and optimization studies, intermodal analysis and facility design and cost estimating and scheduling.

Rehabilitation of four separate asphalt pavement areas, one at Marine Terminal 2 and three at Terminal 6. The area at Terminal 2 is approximately 765' x 8'; the areas at Terminal 6 are approximately 55' x 800', 55' x 820', and 58' x 810'. All areas shall be cold-planed to an average depth of 3 inches, cleaned of dust and debris, primed with a tack coat, and re-paved with 3 inches of Level 4 hot-mix asphalt concrete (HMAC).
