The Port of Portland has prepared a draft proposed list of minor updates to the Port Transportation Improvement Plan (PTIP) that was approved by the Port of Portland Commission in 2024. The minor update document is available on our Trade and Transportation Studies page and below.
Public comments are requested on the draft PTIP 2025 update materials (PDF). Any member of the public may comment on the draft PTIP document by mail:

Public review of the PTIP proposed information is scheduled for 30 days with written public comments due upon 31 days following the date of this announcement.
