Public notice and opportunity for comment on transportation plan 2026 update

The Port of Portland has prepared a draft proposed list of updates and revisions to the Port Transportation Improvement Plan (PTIP) that was approved by the Port of Portland Commission in 2024 (PDF: 4 MB).

Public comment is requested on the Draft Proposed Changes to PTIP Project List for 2026 update (XLSX). Additional information is available on our Trade and Transportation Studies page.
