Marine Security

Terminal access requirements are essential for safety and security at all of our marine facilities.

Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and valid business purpose are required for anyone accessing our marine terminals. The only exceptions are for workers and visitors at the Administration Building at Terminal 6, as well as some state and federal officials, law enforcement, emergency responders, and regulators on official business.

The credential is issued by the Transportation Security Administration. Terminal access requirements apply at all of our working marine terminals.
