
Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park (TRIP, spoken as "trip") is a major 700-acre industrial business park located in east Multnomah County to the north of Interstate 84 and Troutdale Airport. The business park encompasses 14 developable properties and a major wetland mitigation and environmental conservation area, along with an expansive network of utility easements and infrastructure. The majority of TRIP is annexed into the City of Troutdale with the westernmost areas located within the City of Fairview. TRIP is a federally-designated Superfund site and is also designated as a "Regionally Significant Industrial Site" (RSIS) by the state of Oregon.
